1. view the below Volunteer Positions Excel sheet for open locations.
2. choose a location that does not already have a volunteer name in it.
3. email jeanna_runupnorth.com the following:
location # and name.
4. we will confirm your request via email and edit the below excel sheet with your requested times.
**Volunteers do not register online, you must send an email with your requested Volunteer Location.
